We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns and Exchanges" for more information.

Certain brands restrict online shipping of their product, and only allow instore pick up. These oversized fees or conditions will be displayed during the checkout process. - In Stock Now - These orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3 to 8 business days depending on your location within the United States.
- Special Order - In Suppliers Warehouse - These orders are processed and shipped within seven business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3 to 14 business days depending on your location within the United States.
- Call For Availability - This means the item is not currently in stock or available in our suppliers warehouse, but we may have information to share for the product you desire.
We cannot ship to post office boxes or unconfirmed addresses so please be sure to include a verifiable street or physical shipping address for delivery. We require all billing and shipping addresses match. Orders deemed suspicious may be subject to cancellation.

We have a dedicated team supporting online orders Monday through Friday. We aim to have processing and shipping completed within 48 hours once the order has been placed. We currently use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers however we may also use other service carriers.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with carrier tracking information.
Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on Fridays after 12 pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or business day. Delivery times are usually 3 to 8 business days, with exceptions around holidays. These delivery times are an estimate and can vary based on factors like traffic, weather, and shipper delays.
We receive hundreds of boxes a month full of product for our store. In our efforts to be green and reduce waste to the landfills, we repurpose those boxes for eCommerce orders that may ship to your door. If a box shows up to your door marked with another brand marking then the item you may have ordered, don't fret! Your order is packaged nicely inside the repurposed box. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us right away so we can organize a replacement for you.
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most online orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item immediately, please call ahead to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.

Out of Stock Items
Our online inventory is updated from our POS system every thirty minutes, and from our suppliers warehouses more frequently. There could be a situation where an item appears to be in stock online, but has been sold in store or from suppliers warehouse after an inventory update of our system. When a ordered item is unexpectedly not available, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement to your satisfaction. If this is not possible, we will either place the item on back order for you or refund the purchase amount.
COVID-19 Inventory Challenges
COVID-19 has put a strain on the world and the cycling industry as a whole. The supply of bicycles, components, and accessories are limited due to high demand, factory closures, and shipping delays that challenge the cycling industry. Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. Black Mountain Bicycles makes every effort to complete all orders in a timely manner with in stock items or by utilizing our many suppliers and vendors.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
